PLAN recently signed a national sponsorship agreement with BMO (Bank of Montreal).
BMO is a dedicated financial institution that has shown itself to be very proactive in advancing the understanding and accessibility of the RDSP in Canada. BMO has been and remains the clear RDSP leader in the financial sector: It was the first bank to offer the RDSP; they have the most RDSP accounts in Canada; offer better support systems; and put more resources towards RDSP promotion than any other financial institution. BMO has also proven to already be an excellent partner of PLAN’s, backing some of our national RDSP and representation policy recommendations before the Senate.
The intention in entering into an agreement with BMO is for PLAN to continue providing excellent RDSP information to families through our website rdsp.com, by way of our simple Step-by-Step guide, and with our community information sessions. This partnership will support our vital and well-recognized future proofing education and public policy efforts, as well as the day-to-day operations of PLAN.
