BC’s Restart Plan – Staying Safe during Phase 3

On June 24, 2020 the provincial government of British Columbia began Phase 3 of BC’s Restart Plan. On the gov.bc.ca webpage it notes during this phase, “people can take part in smart, safe and respectful travel within BC”, and when socially interacting with others there are, “key guidelines to keep yourself and others safe” both inside and outside your “bubble”.

To read more about travelling safely, social bubbles, and key guidelines for social interactions please visit BC’s response to Covid-19 – Phase 3 BC’s Restart Plan.

Following BC’s restart plan, and with the help of great resources from Uniti and Spectrum, PLAN has created guidelines for Mentors and Community Connectors that support everyone to stay safe while visiting with Lifetime Members, families, and network members.

Mentors and Community Connectors review these guidelines prior to arranging visits as well as when driving with Lifetime Members in their vehicle. Links to view and download PLAN’s pre-visit and vehicle safety guidelines are below:

Should you have any questions, comments or concerns about these guidelines, or any other matters related to PLAN during Phase 3 of BC’s restart plan, please contact Rebecca at rpauls@plan.ca or Claire at cinkster@plan.ca.
