A teacher, she has worked with deaf children in Langley for the past 21 years. Kathy and Rob, PLAN’s current chair, have two children. Michael is now an adult. Shannon is 18 years old and requires care 24 hours a day. Kathy’s knowledge gained working with deaf students and their families, as well as her personal experiences as a parent.
